CleanTabs for ice baths are fast-dissolving, pH-neutral 5 g tablets that help keep the water clean and hygienic—both indoors and outdoors. One tablet treats up to 500 liters of water, ensuring stable water quality with a chlorine level of 2–3 ppm and a pH value between 7.0 and 7.4. For best results, dissolve the tablet in a clean plastic container first and then distribute it evenly in the ice bath.

User Guidelines for Optimal Care
To ensure the best experience, adjust the pH level of your ice bath water to between 7.0 and 7.4. This range is comfortable for users and ensures effective disinfection. Proper water balance is key to maximizing the effectiveness of your water care products. If the pH level falls outside this range, it can be adjusted using our pH-Plus or pH-Minus products.
We generally recommend changing all the water every 30 days.
Dosage for Freshness
When filling your ice bath: Add 1 CleanTab per 500 liters of water, equivalent to filling the ice bath completely. It is important to regularly check the chlorine level, which should be maintained between 2–3 ppm (mg/l). Please note that chlorine consumption may vary depending on water temperature, frequency and duration of use, and current weather conditions.
Application Tips
We recommend dissolving the CleanTab in a clean plastic container with water before adding it to the ice bath. This ensures even distribution of the product. It is best to add water care products after the bath has been used.
Ice Bath Maintenance
Regular cleaning of your ice bath is essential to maintain healthy water quality. For example, use our cleaning sponge along with additional accessories Accessories. These products help remove loose leaves and clean the sides and bottom of your ice bath.
Storage and Safety
To ensure your CleanTabs remain effective, store them in their original packaging in a dry, frost-free place away from direct sunlight. Avoid exposing the tablets to moisture. For your safety, keep them locked away and out of reach of children.
