- ▼I'm new to Optima Sport - how do I shop?
At Optima Sport we have a large selection of products that help you in your training!
In the various categories you will find exactly what you want.
Once you have selected a product, select the size (if available), as well as quantity and press "ADD TO CART".
You will then see that the object is moved up to the right corner, where your shopping cart is.
You can choose to continue shopping and add more items to your cart, or you can complete your purchase.
To complete your purchase, go to the shopping cart in the right corner and check that everything is as it should be.
Then press "CHECKOUT". Here you fill in all your information and choose how you want to pay.
When you press "SEND ORDER" you will be taken to a new page. with a confirmation that your order has been completed, you should also check for the confirmation itself.
- ▼How long is your delivery time?
We aim to ship all items within 1-3 working days.
During periods of high load, there may sometimes be an extra day's delivery time.
In some cases there may be back orders; if this occurs we will inform you immediately.
Usually, you will receive your purchase within 2-4 working days after it has left our warehouse. This will can however depend on the country you live in.
- ▼Is it safe to shop online?
It is 100% safe to shop with us. We do not share your information with others and you can trust us.
We only withdraw money from your card when your order has been shipped.

Please note that we only charge the amount once your order has been shipped.
If you use a gift card or other discount, we will first charge the full amount and then credit the value of your gift card or other discount.
- ▼What happens after I place an order?
Once your order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation immediately on your screen. The same order confirmation will be send to your email. It is therefore important to check your receipt carefully to detect any errors and notify us as soon as possible, if there is an error.
Once the money has been withdrawn, your order will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number, so you can follow your order.
If you do not receive a tracking number, you can contact our customer service during business hours and have it sent to you. As soon as we have sent the package from us, it is often delivered the within 1-4 business day, depeinding on where you live - however, there may be waiting times during periods of high load, e.g. during Christmas.

If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact customer service by email. If your order has already been packed or shipped, it is not possible to make a change.
- ▼Can I cancel my order?
You can do that if the package has not been packed or sent. Please contact our customer service and have your order number ready.

- ▼When will I get my money back for my return?
Once we have received your returned goods, we will credit your account within 10 days.
- ▼I have just opened my package and there is an incorrect/defective item - what do I do?
We are of course very sorry if you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect product. If this is the case, please return the item as soon as possible in the original packaging. Contact customer service if necessary.

We have a long list of gift cards of various values. You can find it here.
You buy it like a normal item and get a code and a nice email with the gift card, which you can print and use as a gift right away!
- ▼How do I use my gift card?
Enter the gift card code in the shopping cart and it will automatically be deducted from your purchase.
- ▼Can I use 2 or more gift cards on the same order?
No, unfortunately you cannot. Contact customer service if you want to use more than one or enter the coupon codes and the value itself in the comment field and we will adjust your total so that we withdraw a smaller amount corresponding to the value of the gift card from your account.
- ▼What do I do if I don't shop for the full gift card amount?
If you do not use the entire gift card amount, the remaining amount will be forfeited (when the gift card expires).
- ▼Can gift cards be exchanged for cash?
No, it is not possible to exchange gift cards for cash.
- ▼How long can my gift card be used?
It can be used for three years from the date the gift card was purchased.
