Optima Breath Lung Trainer

Optima Breath Lung trainer is used to achieve better lung capacity. With regular use, the lung trainer can help you breathe more rhythmically and relaxed. It can help you regardless of whether you want to increase oxygen uptake in connection with lung rehabilitation, or whether it is with a view to improving your performance in the context of sports.

The lung trainer trains your lungs during both inhalation and exhalation. In addition, the resistance on the lung trainer is adjustable so that you turn the volume up as your lungs get stronger.

Adjustment of intensity

There are five exhalation adjustments and six inhalation adjustments. The higher the setting, the harder the resistance.

Cleaning the lung trainer

You can hand wash the lung trainer under warm water. It is also possible to use a bit of soap. Rinse the lung trainer well and shake off excess water and let the lung trainer air dry.

How to use your lung trainer

It is recommended to use the lung trainer twice a day, six days a week.

The two times a day can be morning and evening.

Do two sets of 10 breaths per set.

Rest a few minutes between the two sets if you find it necessary.

Start easy

Set the adjustable volume to 1 for inhaling and 1 exhale and increase week by week if possible.

It is recommended to exercise daily and to maintain the exercise, as it can take up to 2-4 weeks to notice results.

Pay attention to

The lung trainer cannot replace your medication, no matter how useful you think it is.

Instructions for use - how to use your lung trainer

Step 1

Set the resistance for both "inhalation" and "exhalation". The lower the number, the lower the resistance. Set the resistance so you feel comfortable using the trainer. We recommend starting the resistance on 1 for inhalation and 1 for exhalation. You can gradually increase the resistance as you get stronger.

Step 2

Sit in a position in which you feel comfortable and relaxed and place Optima Breath in your mouth.

Step 3

Inhale slowly until you can't take it anymore and exhale as slowly as possible. It is recommended that in terms of time, you exhale twice as long as you inhale.

Step 4

Repeat the steps above to complete your workout. Exercise twice a day, morning and evening. Do two sets of 10 breaths per set. Rest a few minutes between the two sets if you find it necessary.
