With the Optima Sport warranty, you get a 3-year warranty on your Recovery Boots.
With our warranty, you are protected against the following:
- Boots, including zippers.
- Recovery Boots device, including errors in software, fuses, compressor, and internal air distributor.
- Damage to the control unit of the machine, for example, if it has fallen on the floor.
- Connectors on hoses.
This is NOT included in the warranty:
- Hoses
- Batteries that have not been treated according to the instructions or that have a shortened lifespan due to use.
- Damage due to negligent use
- Damages resulting from gross negligence
- Damage as a result of not following the safety instructions
